Patient Representation Group

Welcome to Springfield Surgery Patient Representation Group. We are a group of patients who meet every 3 months to discuss future developments of the practice with the Practice Manager, Doctor and Nurse. We also encourage e-mail membership to our group and forward Newsletters via e-mail after each meeting. There is a reply address so that any questions or ideas may be passed back to the group at the next meeting. We would welcome your involvement in this group and contact details are on the latest newsletter.
